How do I signup for Ink Cloud?
Book a demo with us so that we can show you teh features and tiers available. Then we will sign a contract and setup the platform fully branded to your needs.
Whats the onboarding process?
Onboading ususally takes anywhere from 2-6 weeks based on the tier and complexity of the company and its entities. The onboarding proicess will include mutliple trainign sessions, migration of data and the set up of storefronts, microsites as well as the needed integrations where applicable.
How much traning do I have?
Thje following trianing is included for all tier:
- Standard 1 Hour
- Professional 4 Hours
- Enterprise 20 Hours Additional training is also availble at a cost of $50/hr
How does Support Work?
Depending on the tier there are different levels of support available. Tickets will be created and can be tracked for support issues. Here are the different options for support based on your tier:

Does Ink Cloud provide custom or professional services
There are 2 tiers of professional services:
- Tier 1 - Front end styling and custom scripting, scraping email etc.
- Tier 2 - Enterprise tier only - custom modifications to the platform for particular customers who have unique needs above and beyond the current platform
Can I upgrade between tiers?
Yes - contact us and we will do the upgrade within the platform.
Does Ink Cloud Provide a Flex Team?
A Flexteam is available to all for customers and integrates directly with the Ink Cloud platform. The cost is $150/month for up to 40 orders/month (this begins after setup). For additional orders this would increase based on man hours used.
How much file storage space do I have?
File Storage Space Included depends on each tier as seen below:
- Standard: 50 GB
- Professional: 500 GB
- Enterprpise: 1 TB Additional storage for each tier for $0.015/GB
